You may return new books, unopened VHS tapes, DVDs,
CDs and audiocassettes in their original condition within 30 days of shipment
date (on receipt). Please include a copy of your receipt with all returns.
You may also return products damaged during shipment
and products shipped in error. Your return postage will be credited in the case
of returns due to damaged or incorrectly shipped products.
If a product proves defective in either material or
workmanship, it will be replaced without charge if returned to the Ayn Rand
Bookstore (ARB) within 90 days of shipment date (on receipt). If we are not able
to replace the product because it has been discontinued or is not available, we
will replace it with a comparable product, credit your account or issue you a
refund. This does not apply to failure of the product resulting from misuse,
abuse, accident, neglect or mishandling, incorrect environments or wear from
ordinary use. Your return postage will also be credited if the product is
defective in either material or workmanship.
Return Instructions
Step 1: Contact the Ayn Rand Bookstore by phone or
e-mail to let us know the reason for returning the product(s). A Return Goods
Authorization (RGA) number will be issued for all approved items.
Step 2: After receiving an RGA # from us, complete
the information on this form and return it to ARB at the address below. In
addition, please return the product(s) involved and a copy of the original
sales receipt provided with the original order.
